## Meet Our Team - Adam Ajlouni

### Adam Ajlouni

**General Counsel**  
Adam manages Upgrade’s legal team and advises Upgrade’s management on the company’s corporate transactions, internal governance, commercial agreements and legal risk management.

Prior to joining Upgrade, Adam worked as a securities lawyer at O’Melveny & Myers in San Francisco, where he advised clients on their capital markets transactions, private fundraisings and compliance programs. Adam started his career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London, where he worked on international equity and debt issuances for companies across Europe, Asia and Africa.

Adam received his JD from the University of California, Berkeley and his BA from the University of Michigan. He is licensed to practice law in California and New York.
