I forgot my password

Follow these steps if you forgot your password:

Before you start:

• Make sure you have access to the email address associated with your account.
• If you have multiple Upgrade accounts, use the email for the specific account you want to access.

Forgot Password Process:

1. Click here to start the forgot your password process.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account and click Continue.
3. Check your email** for the 6-digit verification code ( **Verification codes expire after 10 minutes). ****
4. Enter the verification code on the Upgrade website and click Continue.
5. If prompted, enter your SSN, new password, and confirm your new password.
6. Select Reset Password.
7. Log-in with your new password.

** If you do not receive a verification code, check your Spam or Junk folder before requesting a new one.**

Need the code sent differently? Below the Verification Code field, you can choose to:

• Resend the email
• Get a code via text message
• Get a code via phone call

• Check your spam/junk email folder.
• Make sure you entered the email address associated with the account you’re trying to reset.
• Try the text message or phone call options instead.
• Wait a few minutes - delivery can sometimes be delayed.
