What is Upgrade?

Upgrade is a financial technology company that provides access to affordable and responsible credit to mainstream consumers through cards and personal loans, offers free credit monitoring and education tools that help consumers better understand and manage their finances, and provides access to online checking and savings accounts with no monthly maintenance fees. We partner with banks and other financial institutions who originate loans, provide deposit accounts, and other services obtained through Upgrade.

Any email communication from Upgrade will come from the domain of @upgrade.com, such as support@upgrade.com.
Upgrade only accepts loan applications for the Upgrade Card online at Upgrade.com and applications for a personal loan may be submitted online at Upgrade.com or over the phone by calling (844) 311-0088. Checking and savings accounts may also be opened online at Upgrade.com. At Upgrade, applications will never be taken through email correspondence, although Upgrade may follow up on an existing application by email from an email address ending in @upgrade.com.
Upgrade will never ask for any type of advanced fee in exchange for a loan. While Upgrade’s lending partners may charge an origination fee, all origination fees are taken from the loan proceeds, and are therefore not required out-of-pocket.
Upgrade also has no affiliation with Priority Loan Servicing, Priority Payday Loan or Cash Priority Loan Servicing.
