Extended Warranty Protection
Extended Warranty Protection provides valuable features that help manage, use, and extend warranties for eligible items purchased on your covered account. Services include Warranty Registration and Extended Protection. You are eligible if you purchase either part or the entire cost of the item using your Account.
How Warranty Registration Works
To register your purchase, you can call 1-800-551-8472 or register online at www.cardbenefitservices.com.
Extended Protection
Your warranty coverage may be doubled up to one (1) additional year on eligible warranties of three (3) years or less. However, if the manufacturer’s warranty is for three (3) years, it would only be extended one (1) additional year.
Filing an Extended Protection Claim
To file a claim, call the Benefit Administrator at 1-800-551-8472. You must notify the administrator within sixty (60) days of product failure.
Documents Needed to File a Claim
- Monthly billing statement
- Itemized sales receipt
- Manufacturer’s warranty
- Description of the item
- Original repair estimate or repair bill
Purchase Security
Purchase Security protects new retail purchases made within the first ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Eligible items include personal property purchased with your covered Account.
Purchase Security Coverage
- Covers damage due to theft, fire, vandalism, or weather conditions up to $500.
- Gifts purchased are also covered if bought with your covered account.
Filing a Purchase Security Claim
To file a claim, call the Benefit Administrator at 1-800-553-4820 within sixty (60) days of the damage or theft.
Documents Needed to Submit a Claim
- Monthly billing statement
- Itemized store receipt
- Police report for theft
Return Protection
Return Protection assists eligible cardholders who make purchases and are unable to return items. You can be reimbursed for the purchase price up to $250 per item and $1,000 annually.
Items Covered by Return Protection
Eligible items include personal property purchased with your account.
Filing a Return Protection Claim
To file a claim, call the Benefit Administrator within ninety (90) days of purchase at 1-888-565-8472.
Required Documents for Claim Submission
- Itemized sales receipt
- Monthly billing statement
- Any other documents requested by the administrator
Trip Cancellation and Interruption
Trip Cancellation and Interruption benefits pay up to $2,000.00 per insured person for non-refundable tickets purchased with your covered account. Coverage is for cancellations due to death, accidental bodily injury, or insolvency of the common carrier.
Filing a Trip Cancellation Claim
Return the completed claim form and supporting documents to the Benefit Administrator promptly.

- Cancellation confirmation
- Verification of the reason for the trip cancellation
Personal Identity Theft
This benefit provides reimbursement for covered expenses incurred as a result of identity theft, up to $15,000.00.
Coverage Includes
- Costs to re-file applications for loans
- Costs for notarizing documents
- Lost wages for time away from work
Filing a Personal Identity Theft Claim
Immediately contact the Benefit Administrator at 1-866-679-5660 upon discovering a covered stolen identity event.
Roadside Dispatch®
Roadside Dispatch is a pay-per-use program that provides assistance for various roadside issues.

- Standard Towing (up to 5 miles)
- Tire Changing
- Lockout Service
